Ashitaka walks through a river in a loincloth.

A woman fires a gun through a man's chest.At least a pint of blood pours from the wound and leaves a trail on the ground as he walks. The man passes out but does not die.

A man shoots a bow and it chops off a man's arms, the man's arms are nailed to a nearby tree. A man shoots off a horseman's head with a bow and arrow.

Animals are shot at and set alight (mostly not too graphic, but some blood is present). A wild boar dies, we see its body burn and deteriorate.

The dead bodies of many people and animals are shown.

Gunfights with some blood.

Sword and knife fights with some blood.

Girl sucks and spits out blood from a wolf that was shot (removing chance of infection?), blood left on her face.

A boar vomits out huge amounts of red sickly blood a couple of times in a row.

Profanity

Japanese version 1 scatological reference.

English version: damn used a couple of times. The term "Greedy Bastard" is used. The term, "bastard" is used again later in the film.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking

Some characters drink sake, as was common in the time period the film takes place.

Demons take over a wild boar's body, we see red tentacles come out of his body and they consume a young woman

Many battle scenes.

A deer's head is shot off (only a faint trickle of blood). Black goo pours out of the body and kills everything it touches. While not very graphic, this scene may frighten young viewers.
