What's the hell is that?

Warning: Spoilers
I have this movie in my library since fifteen years now, but I only watched it again today. And so I really discover it.

How can anyone describe such a film? Such a story?

No really lead in this feature, and a disturbing, annoying but strangely not uninteresting tale about a dozen characters whose fates cross...

I don't know how to begin to tell you what that all is about?

It's not an experimental film, as we can watch from time to time. The way of filming is quite classical, and so the acting. But the hard side of all this is the story...

It would be so easy to say it's a nonsense. Too easy. And this film doesn't exist in DVD. A strange movie indeed.

In a nameless town, in a nameless country, some good abiding citizens are members of a court of justice of their own, in a kind of movies such as STAR CHAMBER or MAGNUM FORCE. Those guys have decided to make their own justice. From this point, some folks have to deal with their own problems, including get rid of those who poison their lives.

There is also a love story between a woman and the cop who is in charge to take care of her...

This film is absolutely hard to follow, at least from my point of view.

I can't go forward, sorry folks. I don't know how to handle this. Even if I had to explain in french, in my native tongue, I couldn't make it.

An offbeat, weird, bizarre, odd movie. Maybe one of the most ever. It could have been made by Jean-Pierre Mocky, it's very in his style, his way of story telling, some kind of criticism of facism or vigilante tendancies.
