In the distant future, a desolate planet called New Texas is colonized by humans when it is discovered that New Texas is the source of a mineral called Kerium and the human begin mining New Texas for the Kerium. However, the mining operation on New Texas draws the attention of Tex-Hex, outlaw and leader of The Carrion Bunch who has formed a dark alliance with the demonic Stampede and Tex-Hex and his gang begins terrorising the colonists. With no law and order on New Texas, it's decided that a lawman should be brought to New Texas to enforce the law and to deal with Tex-Hex. Marshall Bravestarr, an native American Indian lawman and female Judge J.B McBride are dispatched to New Texas to deal with Tex-Hex and The Carrion Bunch. Joined by his allies: Thirty-Thirty, a robotic horse. Deputy Fuzz, a native dwarf-like Pairie and Shaman, Bravestarr's mentor, a native American Indian, Bravestarr with his supernatural powers enforces the law on New Texas and takes on Tex-Hex and the Carrion Bunch.
