Imagine an ad for Calvin Kline's Obsession. Now take out the drama and intrigue you might find within such an ad. Now make the ad about 160 times longer. What you're left with is "Scars." This is the film that opened my eyes to the fact that a movie having screened at Sundance is by no means a mark of quality. If you're looking for visually uninteresting incoherent babbling, you've found your ideal film!
