A star like Ashlyn Gere deserves better than this mindless feature, written and directed by the untalented Duck Dumont. She gets to show off her beautiful body and that's about it.
Dumont's screenplay is embarrassing, just sex scenes mechanically executed without rhyme or reason. The title hook has Jamie Gillis guest starring in costume as a British-accented pirate who grants beachgoers their fantasy sex wishes. The usual Chatsworth studs show up on cue for threesomes with pretty girls, while Gere's husband only cares about stock trades over the phone, one of those prehistoric huge mobile phones with an antenna on it. He also takes time out to cheat with a female pool cleaner (Shawnee Cates).
Free sex is the holdover from the '60s here, and in the femme cast I was most impressed with big-bust actress Mona Lisa. Kelly Nichols did the all important makeup, and I've seen her credited as a cast member, but she didn't show up in the version I watched.
