Did You Know?
Trivia | This is the only movie (and only time in all DBZ, for that matter) in which Yamcha wears a Gi with the turtle symbol on the front and the King Kai symbol on the back. His Gi of choice after being resurrected in the series is the opposite (Kai in front, turtle at the back - and he is the only character to wear a Gi of this style). See more » |
Goofs | Gohan doesn't detransform when Turles destroys the Power Ball. This contradicts every other Great Ape transformation in the entire series, in which if the moonlight source is eliminated, detransformation happens instantly. See more » |
Movie Connections | Edited into The Tree of Might: Part 1 (1997). See more » |
Soundtracks | CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA See more » |
Crazy Credits | While other DBZ movies just used whatever opening went with the show at the time the movie was release, Tree of Might features a specially-made opening, featuring the Z-Fighters gathering the Dragon Balls to restore the destroyed forest. See more » |
Quotes |
Turles:
Kakarot, you raised this Saiyan too much like an Earthling! Goku: I raised him to know the difference between good and evil, unlike some people! Turles: I know the difference, I just don't care! See more » |
