Usually reliable as VIvid's top director, Paul Thomas brings little to the table in "Twisted", a nothing feature based on a weak premise that goes nowhere. IMDb lists it as a porn-parody of "Fatal Attraction" but I fail to see any resemblance between the two.
It is merely a show for a horny Canyon character, intent on adultery with co-worker T.T. Boy. This would represent adultery for both the married (to others) duo.
Various escalating sex scenes, mainly devoid of money shots ensue, and Boy gives a flat, disinterested performance. Ariel Hart's script lacks anything interesting, and the injection of other sex partners is fairly arbitrary. Tera Heart as a girlfriend for T.T. is poor casting, looking very much like Christy sans big tits, and uncredited Alicyn Sterling is barely recognizable before her breast-augmentation surgery. Joey Silvera as "Joey" is tossed into the movie for a threesome, but not given an actual role other than dick-bearer.
Since there's plenty of dialog including pointless narration this would not be classified as all-sex, but it might as well have been given the absence of story or character content. Kinkiness implied in the title is never delivered.
