[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 9, “Two of a Kind.”] Blue Bloods is one episode away from its Season 14 midseason finale, and the Friday, May 10, episode opted to end on a happy note with the Reagan family ahead of its upcoming break. Danny was shocked to find out about the burglary (the assailant stole Sean’s backpack containing his wallet and laptop) at work instead of directly from his son. Naturally, Danny wanted his son protected, so he reminded him that stolen items are better than personal injury — or worse. Sean wanted to be a hero like his family members. When he witnessed a classmate being attacked...

September 2024 will mark 14 full years since Blue Bloods premiered on CBS, so long that it's hard to imagine television without the show. However, much to the shock of fans and cast alike, CBS has not renewed the show for at least one more season.
It was known that the end of the Reagan story was imminent when the cast and crew agreed to take pay cuts for the sake of a Season 14 renewal but given the network's recent decision to reverse its cancellation of S.W.A.T., the determination to end Blue Bloods as soon as possible is causing no small amount of regret and resentment.
But alas, all things must come to an end, and despite our pleas, the police family drama is coming to an end, and so we must morally prepare ourselves for it. Fortunately, we still have time, because there are ten episodes ahead of us, two of...

Blue Bloods returns after a brief hiatus for the final four episodes of Season 14 Part One.
The final season of the hit CBS show has been divided into two parts, with the final eight episodes airing next fall.
Well, that is unless Blue Bloods fans get their wish and CBS renews the show at the last minute, just like with S.W.A.T.
CBS likely won’t decide about the fate of Blue Bloods until next year, but the good news is that the fans have been loud telling the network to “cancel the cancel.”
In the meantime, summer break is on the horizon, bringing the first part of Blue Bloods Season 14 to an end.
Let’s examine what we know about the remaining Blue Bloods Season 14 spring episodes.

Since portraying Michelle Tanner on Full House for eight seasons, the Olsen twins have been American sweethearts. When the ABC sitcom ended in 1995, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen took their talents to the big screen in It Takes Two. However, fans might be shocked to learn that the mansion where the movie was filmed sat vacant for years and was recently destroyed.

Lena Dunham's "Girls" is the kind of show you either really love or really hate. Meant to capture a specific moment in time, the HBO-produced series follows a group of four young millennial women living in New York City as they try to navigate the trials and tribulations of adulthood. What sounds like a fairly average premise actually became a culture phenomenon thanks to Dunham's so-insufferable-that-she's-maybe-lovable character Hannah Horvath and her group of equally lost and disenfranchised friends. Along with Dunham in the lead role, the show stars Adam Driver (before he became a Hollywood staple) as Hannah's on-again-off-again, definitely abusive boyfriend, and Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, and Allison Williams as Hannah's friends.
On the show, Williams plays Hannah's best friend Marnie Michaels. Out of the two of them, Marnie is the one who seemingly has her life together, but as the series unfolds, it's clear that Marnie is...

When Olivia Newton-John died on Monday at the age of 73, the entertainment world lost an icon. The multi-talented British-Australian performer first rose to prominence as a pop star in the 1970s with the hit albums “If You Love Me, Let Me Know” and “Have You Never Been Mellow,” but movie lovers will always remember her as Sandy Olsson. Her starring role in “Grease” resulted in many of the most iconic musical numbers in film history, from “Summer Nights” to “You’re the One That I Want.” Newton-John’s musical pedigree and chemistry with Travolta went a long way toward propelling the film to success, and its soundtrack remains one of the best-selling albums in music history.
While “Grease” remained her most notable role, Newton-John continued to parlay her strong musical stage presence into a variety of other film parts. She notably starred in the Electric Light Orchestra musical “Xanadu,” which...

Mary-Kate and Ashley have somehow managed to quietly live out their lives both on-screen and off without the usual scandals, intrigue, and professional pitfalls that befall the majority of their child star counterparts, successfully making the transition from young actresses-turned-teen idols-turned-full-fledged-clothing-designers.
But their passion for fashion began long before their first high end collection for The Row hit the racks of Barneys, beginning back in the early aughts when the pair were just tweens serving up some of the most memorable,...

Matt McAndrew, Mia Pfirrman and Craig Wayne Boyd gave standout performances in the first episode of the live playoff rounds of The Voice.
To kick off the live rounds, Carson Daly invited Adam Levine and his band, Maroon 5 to perform “Animals” before talking to coaches Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams about their teams going into the ‘live playoffs.’
Team Blake And Team Adam Perform In Live Playoffs
Team Blake’s Taylor Brashears was the first contestant to perform in the live playoffs, and she went full country with “Long Time Gone.” Taylor impressed the judges with her fancy fiddle playing and unshakable confidence, but the song lacked any truly standout vocal moments. Pharrell complimented her on being able to keep things “fresh and interesting,” and Gwen said she sounded “beautiful” and applauded her for her comfort onstage.
Team Adam’s Chris Jamison was up next, and he...

‘Tis the season to be jolly, Voice fans!
No, I am not advocating the early avalanche of holiday-themed advertising in early November — or throwing subtle shade over another season of NBC’s reality singing juggernaut without social-media dingbat Christina Milian in the “Sprint Skybox.”
I am, however, stoked that We the People (Who Spend Too Much Time Watching TV, Then Subsequently Downloading and Voting), are finally free of the history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these contestants.
(Did I actually quote the Declaration of Independence to express my...

If you were a child or a parent during the early '90s, there's a good chance that ABC's Tgif lineup graced your TV set. Remember Tgif? A two-hour block of family-friendly comedies that tried to make it seem fun staying in on Friday nights?
It officially debuted 25 years ago this month – on Sept. 22, 1989, with a lineup that included Perfect Strangers, Family Matters, Full House and Just the Ten of Us. And notably, it debuted four years before that other landmark '90s TV block, Must See TV.

Jason Bateman has earned a reputation as a comedian with his roles in the cult sensation Arrested Development, the bittersweet teen comedy Juno, and the dark and demented Horrible Bosses. But when he's not headlining laffers, he's been directing them. After years of dabbling in directing television shows like Family Matters, Two of a Kind and Arrested Development, Bateman made his feature directorial debut this year with the Andrew Dodge-penned comedy Bad Words. The film, which made its world premiere at September's Toronto International Film Festival, apparently impressed Nicole Kidman in addition to critics, and she's hired Bateman to direct her next project, The Family Fang. Deadline reports that he will not only direct the feature, but will also co-star opposite Kidman, who will produce the pic as well. Based on Kevin Wilson's bestselling novel, The Family Fang centers on a family whose lives are entirely dedicated to...

This week: It's a not-so-classic case of zombie (Nicholas Hoult) meets girl (Teresa Palmer) and how their burgeoning love might save the world in the sleeper zombie rom-com hit "Warm Bodies."
Also new this week is Bruce Willis back as John McClane (in theory) in "A Good Day to Die Hard," Jason Bateman tracking down Melissa McCarthy in the comedy "Identity Thief" and a new Blu-ray collection of the "Mad Max" trilogy.
'Warm Bodies'
Box Office: $66 million
Rotten Tomatoes: 80% Fresh
Storyline: After a zombie epidemic decimates the population, the unusual zombie R (Nicholas Hoult) rescues human Julie (Teresa Palmer) from a zombie attack and keeps her safe in his makeshift house at the airport. As the two fall for each other, R becomes increasingly human and the duo tries to convince Julie's military-officer father (John Malkovich) that there might be a way for humans and zombies to peacefully co-exist.

This may be the most depressing thing I’ve heard since Elliot Stabler turned in his badge on Law & Order: Svu! In Elle UK’s April issue, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen tell the mag that they are through with acting.
In the interview, Ashley says, "I don't have to be a pretty face. I've done that, but now it's important and liberating to be on the other side of the lens. I don't like to be the center of attention anymore.” While fraternal twin Mary-Kate said, "Just felt right to move away [from the spotlight]."
Say What ...?! Paris Hilton's New Spoken Word Single
Noooooo! This can Not be happening!! I am beside myself! I love the Olsen Twins – and ya know what? I love the Olsen Twins’ movies! Where would I be without their hijinx in setting their dad up with the free-spirited babysitter in Two of a Kind? How would I know how to stop an evil future...

A little over two years ago, AfterElton.com brought readers a list of the 37 Hottest Guys in Theater, and since then, the New York Stage has only become increasingly sexified. The lines between Broadway and Hollywood continue to blur, and as young men come to recognition in NYC, they're often quickly whisked away to Tinseltown to showcase not only their amazing talent, but often they're breathtaking good looks.
While it's tempting to include every Hollywood hottie who graces the stage on this list (a certain Lee Pace and Luke Macfarlane spring to mind), the point here is to honor the men who are mostly known for rockin' the live stages here in New York.
And so, without further ado, we present, in alphabetical order, the list (39!) of this year's hottest guys in theater!

Hey Everyone! So this past week has been all about one artist for me, and for any of you who have been frequenting the site, it will be no surprise who I'm talking about.
I have been having an ongoing love affair with a certain Swede ever since I first heard her amazing dance track "With Every Heartbeat" back in 2006. Since the success of her self-titled album in 2005, Robyn has been garnering International fandom and has created a comeback career many former 90's artists could only dream of (Smash Mouth, Aqua, Chumbawumba, and the list goes on and on).
This past year Robyn has released three new albums in a project entitled Body Talk with the third being released on November 22nd (I'm already loving the track "Stars 4-Ever"). Each album has been touched by some of the greatest producers of the moment including Max Martin, Diplo, Röyksopp and Kleerup.

Mary-Kate Olsen wouldn't wish her upbringing on anyone. The 24-year-old actress, who became a child star from birth with her twin sister Ashley, when they appeared in TV show "Full House", has no regrets about her childhood stardom but wouldn't ever want anyone else to go through what she faced as a youngster.
"I look at old photos of me, and I don't feel connected to them at all," she said. "I would never wish my upbringing on anyone... but I wouldn't take it back for the world."
Mary-Kate and Ashley went on to star in a number of TV shows as children, from "Two of a Kind", to the video series "The Adventures of Mary-Kate and Ashley". However, the pretty actress has had a difficult few years, being treated for an eating disorder in 2004 and having to deal with the death of her close friend Heath Ledger in 2008.

Mary-Kate Olsen is stepping out on her own for her first major acting role without twin sister Ashley Olsen in Showtime cable series Weeds. The Two Of A Kind beauty is set to star alongside Mary-Louise Parker, who plays the lead role of Nancy Botwin, in at least 10 episodes of the hit cable program. The 20-year-old will appear as Tara, a devoted Christian teenager living in the religious community of Majestic, who becomes a love interest for Silas (Botwin's son), played by Hunter Parrish. Olsen tells the Hollywood Reporter, "I'm thrilled to be a part of the show. It's really an honor to be a part of such a talented group of actors and writers." Executive producer Jenji Kohan adds, "Weeds isn't your eight o'clock family fare. It's an adult show with adult subject matter, and we're confident Mary-Kate is right for the role. She came in and read with Hunter and was absolutely charming and real and seemed like a great fit. Audiences have seen only one side of Mary-Kate, but here we'll see her in a whole new light."...
