- The entire film is 3 men abusing and torturing a young girl.
- The three men slap and punch the girl repeatedly in the face with their hands. Then they hit the girl with a bag filled with coins. Some blood drips from the girl's mouth.
- The three men put the girl on the ground and kick her repeatedly. As they do so they continue to force her to stand up, and then push her down saying that they didn't say for her to stand up.
- The three men hold the girl down and pull off one of her fingernails.
- The three men tie the girl down and pour boiling water on her arm. Her skin becomes graphically burned and bloody.
- The three men dump maggots on the bloody burned area on the girl's arm, and then put them all over her body. We see one of the maggots try to crawl under her eyelid into her eye.
- The three men take a needle and put in into the side of the girl's eye, and push it through until it comes through the middle of her eye. This is extremely bloody and gory.
