- Vinny has sex with a woman in a car, although no nudity is visible moaning can be heard and thrusting is visible. They are then interrupted and Vinny gets out of the car with his butt visible and gets back in.
- Richie walks in on his parents having sex, his mom's breasts are visible for at least 10 seconds.
- A woman puts her head over Richie's lap and unbuckles his belt but he tells her to stop before she does anything.
- Vinny and another woman are shown making out in their underwear.

- This is a very violent movie. The shootings are incredibly graphic and bloody and very sudden, jarring, and intense, with massive amounts of blood and gore. And there is a LOT of shootings.
- There are a lot of brutal fist fights and graphic beatings throughout the movie as well, with characters being beaten by gangs with blood spraying everywhere and other bloody fights or altercations.
- A man smashes a bottle over his head and starts bleeding profusely. He wipes his hand in the wound and licks his own blood.
- Riots, beatings, and general mayhem are depicted throughout the film.
- Many people are graphically shot in cars with blood smearing all over the windows around them.
- In the end, there is a very graphic beating in which the victim is seen bleeding a lot from the face.

- In one scene, a man is commanded by (what he believes to be) a demon-possessed dog to go on a killing spree. The man, trembling in cowardice, agrees reluctantly. This scene is VERY frightening.
- The film's atmosphere is tense and violent, with many characters living in mounting paranoia in response to a serial killer.
