A traditional Bandidos movie packing gorgeous outdoors, charming cinematography , luxurious costumes and brief nudism ; all meld together under Pierre Kast's enjoyable direction . Set at the fall of the Napoleonic era , starring violent Bandidos fighting the invading forces .For ironies of history , many bandits were good benefactors of the humble and unfortunate people , giving rise to the glamorous as well as romantic legends of the generous outlaws . In fact, almost all of them were selfish and ambitious men , who could not be expected no sense humanitarian . Travelling through Portugal back to Spain, appear two women, General's wives , Alexandrine (Alexandra Stewart) and Barbara (Victoria Abril) and then El Mariscal (Georges Géret) assigning a military team to escorting them , formed by the colonel Larzac (Jean Pierre Cassel) and Brutus (Maurice Ronet) . Along the way , they are attacked by Portuguese guerrillas led by Caterina (Agostina Belli) , among them they are several deserters from Napoleon's Grand Armee and a few bandits who earn their living by murdering and robbing passersby . After various brawls they manage to get rid of the enemy horsemen and find refuge in the fortress of Montsanto , where they prepare to finally return to Sevilla , Spain .

Set in Portugal, at the end of the Napoleonic epic, starring is a colonel escorting two generals' wives, Alexandrine and Barbara when is assaulted by some Guerrilleros . A mostly French film written and directed by Antonio Tarruella and Pierre Kast. Interpretations are uniformly passable , playing some of the greatest actors in the European cinema , such as : Agostina Belli , Jean-Pierre Cassel , Victoria Abril , Maurice Ronet and Alexandra Stewart . Main star is the beautiful Agostina Belli ('Perfume de mujer') in her complete splendor as Caterina, along with Alexandra Stewart ('La noche americana') as Alexandrine, Jean-Pierre Cassel ('La escafandra y la mariposa') playing Colonel Larzac y Victoria Abril ('¡Átame!') as Bárbara Périsson . It is a nice live film with a lot of adventure, action, emotion and battles including spectacular charges by army lancers . Here stands out the colorful Portuguese landscapes by cameraman Franco Delli Colli , including wonderful lakes where are swimming some nude girls , rocky mountains, forests and fabulous castles, in fact in the final part of the film it happens around some impressive battles when the spearmen riders attack a fortress.

This La Guerrillera (1982) belongs to a Spanish sub-genre that was very popular in the 6os and 70s : ¨Bandoleros genre¨ usuallly battling Napoleon troops , whose outlaws were famous people as "Lucero" , ¨Luis Candelas¨ , ¨Cura Merino¨ ,¨El Tempranillo¨or ¨Pasos Largos¨ and developed in various films , such as : ¨Diego Corrientes¨ by Antonio Isasi , ¨José María¨ by Josep Maria Forn , ¨Llanto por un bandido¨ by Carlos Saura , ¨Pasos Largos¨ by Rafael Moreno Alba and even ¨Curro Jimenez¨ series starred by Sancho Gracia. The motion picture was regular but professionally written and directed by Pierre Kast and Antonio Tarruella. Rating : Passable and acceptable 5.5/10 . The pic will appeal to Agostina Belli , Victoria Abril , Jean Pierre Cassel and Maurice Ronet fans .
