- A nude statue is shown, but only the backside. The butt is clearly seen.
- A man dances with a man. He is nude except wearing a leaf for an underpants. As he dances, the leaf shakes about as his genitals is slightly shown, but not in detail.
- A man is half nude by wearing a DIY alien costume with a skirt and a mask.
- A nude man swings. His back side is shown but his frontal is covered with his legs.
- A man appears nude for about two minutes, this is censored by a picture. His buttocks is visible a few times for a short moment.
- A man abducts a child and tries get him to take off his underwear.

- Kikujiro fights a man on the road. Kikujiro beats the man with a stick, and the man falls.
- Kikujiro and the gangsters who had been fertilized with him were wounded. This scene suggests that Kikujiro and the gangsters fought each other.
- A man tells a boy to place a pin on the road. A car drives over it and it crashes off the road.
- A man shouts at a hotel manager.
- A man swims in a pool, but turns upside down. He is saved later.
- A man lies on the ground. It is implied that a group of men knock him down.
- A man says he fell down the stairs, but he was actually beaten up with little blood on his head. It happened off-screen.

- Masao has a nightmare. Masao is tied up, and a man stutters his body. Masao is unpleasant, and a woman (presumed to be Masao's mother) tears around.
- Masao sees a fantasy in which two ghosts appear. This scene is more ridiculous than scary.
- A man (Takeshi) insults everyone he meets. He is portrayed as a very rude person.
- A dream sequence show a bunch of women talking to the camera and laughing. Not frightening, but weird as it is supposed to be weird because it is a dream.
- In a dream sequence, two men randomly dance in a dark forest setting. No music. Just wild animal sound effects. It ends with a close-up shot of one of the men breaking the fourth wall saying "kid". It cuts to Kikujiro talking to the boy.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Kid Masao is temporarily abducted by a pedophile who tells him to take off his underwear. Kikujiro then arrives and rescues the boy before any sexual violence happens (a man's bare rear is seen in a comedic, non-sexual situation) and very little violence (it's implied Kikujiro beats up the pedophile after rescuing the kid).
- Masao found a home where his mother lived. But his mother lived with a new father and son. Masao sees his mother's new family and is sad.
