Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The ways that Alexander can die in the game may be frightening for young children.
  • On the Island of the Sacred Mountain: Alexander finds numerous skeletons in the Catacombs; which can be a bit frightening. The music that plays there is very eerie. An apparition of a skull pops out at him from the Oracle's pool.
  • In the Realm of the Dead: The inhabitants who live there and the Lord of the Dead are very ghastly-looking, and might be scary for young children. A ghost jumps out of a suit of armor and briefly wrestles with Alexander.
  • The ceremony in which Alexander is in a wicker cage over a bonfire prepared by the druids is pretty intense.

Sex & Nudity

  • When Alexander stops the wedding of Abdul Alhazred and Shamir Shamazel as the fake Cassima, he can reveal the true genies form if he has the magic mirror or Cassimas parents barge in to examine the fake Cassima, Shamir will turn back into a man and reveal the accidental same sex wedding as Abdul was pretending to marry Cassima for the throne. This enrages Captain Saladin and they fight the genie.

Violence & Gore

  • If the player doesn't have Shamir Shamazel's magic lamp, then Alexander can give the peppermint leaf to Shamir, he will give in to the leaf and become drunk and the fireball will bounce around the room and kill Shamir, this leads to the ending of Prince Alexanders wedding without his family or the neighbor islanders present.
  • On the Isle of the Beast: Alexander is An enchanted sentry statue shoots Alexander with bow and arrow, but he defends himself with a shield. The arrow then shatters the shield. He then hacks apart an enchanted rose bush with a scythe.
  • On the Isle of the Sacred Mountain: Alexander faces a minotaur, but lures him with a red scarf into a giant fire pit to his death.
  • On the Isle of the Mist: Alexander is captured by druids and hanged over a bonfire in a wicker cage as part of a ritual sacrifice, but he put the fire out with a rain spell.
  • At the Realm of the Dead: Alexander challenges Samhain with the mirror of truth. Samhain's view causes it to shatter.
  • At the Castle of the Crown: The narrator describes what sounds like Cassima being violently smuggled out of her room and brought up into a tower. Shamir will attack the guard dogs and Alexander with fireballs. Alexander can kill Shamir by giving him mint, causing him to throw a fireball that will deflect back to him. Alexander then fights Alhazred with a sword and the two exchange fists several times. Cassima eventually stabs Alhazred in the shoulder with a dagger, and as he's distracted, Alexander knocks him out with the broad end of his sword.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Alexander drinks a potion that says "Drink Me". It appears to poison him but it was actually used to fake a death.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • If Alexander does not find maiden to give Beast's ring to after a certain period of time he'll transform into a warthog in a very tongue-in-cheek sequence.
