Eric was playing the role of Santa Claus in his house. Suddenly he listened to a music (which remembers his childhood) ,becomes very angry and goes away. Véronique, his wife, Dimitri and Clarise his children doesn't understand the behaviour of Eric. But o the morning Eric apologizes and explains that his mother abandoned him when he was very young. Véronique encourages Eric to look for his mother. Then begins a complicated search: he meets a singer called Mary, but she has son. The next meeting is with Marie, a woman who has traveled through the world, she denies that she is the mother of Eric. Eric is disappointed. Then he goes to Italy when Maria, a paiinter accepts that she is the mother of Eric,Maria comes to France, but after some days recognizes that she always wanted to have a son ,so she accepted to the mother. Eric is very bad tempered. Will he find his mother ?
