An retired old man and his housekeeper live in a house in the countryside near Geneva.Two strange persons who don't communiccate very much with each other.This happens in the end of the summer-beginning of autumn and the landscapes remember me the films of Alain Tanner, Claude Goretta or Michel Soutter.Their life will change when the police discover the corpse of a young woman near the house of the old man.When the police inspector vitit the old man and the housekeeper,there is a wall of silence, something like a strange complicity between the old man and the housekeeper.
Pierre Dux and Zouc are really very good actors.
