While this Leon Errol comedy short is silly, unfortunately it isn't very funny. Errol commits the greatest sin at work. He makes the secretary cry. She's been on the phone with her husband (a well regarded fencer), and now the husband wants to fight a duel with him. Amelita Ward is the whiny secretary, and Michael Harvey is her brute of an overprotective husband, with Errol short perennial Dorothy Granger as Errol's wife.
The jealous Harvey won't let well enjoy alone, even when his wife begs him to, and Harvey goes over to the Errol's house, but a drunk Errol somehow ends up at his, creating more misunderstandings. It had the potential to be funny but falls short of being any good. Errol's antics always gain a few laughs, but the situation goes way too far making it dark so the result is somewhat eye rolling.
