ECW: Hardcore Revolution
Terryfan4 April 2006
ECW: Hardcore Revolution might be a (M) for Mature game of WWF Attitude, but it does have some good things about it.

Some of the bad is that it does not do the things that the stars of Extreme Championship Wrestling did.

Like no one is going to fly off the top rope and out into the crowd, or anything like that.

But, to be fair, the game's graphic are pretty good, with good colors for the wrestlers and arenas.

The sound is good, with Joey Stlyes working alone to call the action which is not an bad idea.

The music is also good, it also has the ECW Theme Song.

The wrestlers also did the voices for the game.

Being that this was ECW's first video game, there are some things that make it fun.

ECW: Hardcore Revloution is a pretty fun game if fans would just give it a chance.

Some fans say that it a bad game, but I play games that were worst this this.

Overall, if you're an fan of wrestling or an true ECW fan, this game is worth playing and it a fun game for just visiting the goods of ECW.

I give ECW Hardcore Revolution 7 out of 10.

Fun game, This Is EXTREME!

ECW's First Game!

It's about time ECW got their own video game. ECW: Hardcore Revolution is the first ECW game ever. ECW: Hardcore Revolution is not as violent as ECW (it should be with an M rating), but at least they tried. The engine is the same as WWF: Attitude and WWF: Warzone, with just little differences. On the down-side of this game, it's pretty hard to do a finisher, but after a playing it a little, you'll get used to it. Overall, a pretty good game, especially with the first ever barbed-wire match, and has a great roster too (good to see some of the ECW greats like Raven, Sabu, RVD, and Rhino in a video game).

Should just be called WWF Attitude 2

ECW Hardcore Revolution is basically just WWF Attitude, but with altered textures, and different commentary. It does have more match options than Attitude, but other than that the game has little to sell. It's still not a bad game, tho. Worth a rent, don't buy unless you're a huge wrestling mark {like me..}

Surprisingly, ECW Anarchy Rulz {ECW HR's sequel} is a LOT better than Hardcore Revolution, with enhanced graphics and controls. If you can, just get Anarchy Rulz instead.
