"The Window" is a Vivid release that benefits from an inventive Raven Touchstone screenplay. Providing stimulating erotic fantasy vignettes, it is a fine vehicle for the label's contract star Kira Kener. Originally credited on screen to Cleo Edwards (as producer-director), that pseudonym was revealed to be Hall of Famer Paul Thomas a year later in the DVD version's liner.

Kira plays a nurse tending to hospital patient Julian, who is immobile in his bed following a severe football injury of arms and legs. Movie begins with her giving him a routine spongebath, but he's fantasizing that she's actually in her lingerie applying a hand-job. Clever touch has him awakening from this daydream to find Kira embarrassed as he's cum all over her gloved hands, the fantasy sort of coming true, unintentionally.

His roommate in the hospital is talkative Wally, a fine performance by older NonSex actor Wally, who has the bed next to the window, and regales Julian with tales of sexual activity he can see right outside. Script conceit has these sexual encounters shown to the viewer, representing Julian's imagination reacting to what he can only hear from Wally.

An attractive supporting cast including Kim Chambers, Kiki D'Aire and redhead Cherry Mirage perform in these fantasy vignettes, along with Kener, and the XXX content is impressive. Of course Julian also figures prominently in the explict sex footage, all leading to an excellent bittersweet ending to the picture.
