A comedy that's long enough to make its point, but knows when to stop
anakothe15 February 2003
This short comedy uses wacky humor to comment on so-called global industrialization. Anyone who has had a car in a place where spare car parts are usually unavailable (and very expensive when they are) can fully appreciate the ingenuity or even the magic needed to keep the car running. Even without such experience, most viewers will enjoy the Marx-Brothers type antics as the characters encounter obstacle after obstacle in this "road trip" movie. Kudos to the director for not pounding the idea to death and knowing when to stop.
