There is enough compelling adventure, awesome cinematography and dynamic stunt work involving horses to keep one entertained by "Hidalgo", the story of an American and his mustang who in the 1890s enter a punishing 3,000-mile survival race across Arabia against top Bedouin riders astride the best Arabian stallions.
