do not take it seriously!

Warning: Spoilers
I watched the film. From technical point of view it is quite primitive, although they had a very good budget to make the film. For example the decoration of the Persian court in the film is very childish. In regard of the content it seems the director has just wanted to make some Arab nationalists happy and get money from them. Maybe for a short while the film was successful but now, no one knows that and no one takes it seriously because it is quite obvious that is an assignment to produce that. On that time (late 1970s) the politicians in the Arab world (esp the Ba'ath party in Iraq) were not happy with the Shah policies. This film is just a childish reaction to that.
