When Martha is confronted by Norma in the kitchen about the catering issue, there is a platter on the counter with a large fish. In the beginning of the scene, the fish is laid out on the platter covered in sliced cucumbers. In the following shot, there is what appears to be a zippered binder laying on top of the fish, then the next scene shows the fish in a mangled state with no binder laying on it.
When one of the inmates imprisoned with Martha has finished her sweater, Martha notes how great her "cross stitching" is, when the sweater has clearly been knitted.

At the end of the movie, Martha stops by a marketplace off the highway back to Connecticut. In the hall of the marketplace, a Canadian flag can be seen flying from a pole, where you would otherwise expect an American flag to be.
