Crap, crap, crap

That sums up the whole movie. The movie is clearly made just to entertain few friends. The plot is absolutely stupid, "acting" is simply terrible and the dialog sounds like it had been improvised during shooting. The special-fx though are pretty good for a no-budget film like this. There's few pretty good jokes like the occult library of a mad scientist which includes necronomicon, and kama-sutra. The use of Finnish V-word (equivalent for English F-word) gets to your nerves. I mean it's said about 200 times and enough is enough. If you like very bad movies this one's for you. The DVD release includes lots of extras, like the short movie "El' Pok Erimas Sacre" which is actually much better than Frankenström.

Unfunny crap

Frankenström is pure crap! It might be funny for the makers of the film, but to others it is pure torture. I watched this with 5 of my friends and everyone hated it. Tedious "love" scene and unfunny dialogue doesn't really help.

Low-budget fun

In my opinion Frankenström is a funny movie. It might be (low-budget) crap, but it's fun. Although there hardly is a story, most of the scenes are hilarious. Don't try and take it serious. Do not expect to see a good movie, it's not. It's just very funny. It's better then the average Hollywood blockbuster.

Well I've done some similar films myself, so I can't say they are bad... as a matter of fact our company "deadline productions" got quite a few ides from Marcus Staaf and his crew.... Anyways well done lads Keep Vaasa on the movie map

Forget about Kaurismäki and other boring movies! This is most definitely one of the best movie ever made in Finland!!

There's Soft core, Action, Blood and everything you don't normally see in finnish movies! A MUST SEE!!!

10/10!
