• Continuité: During Gary's regurgitation sequence, he is shown with vomit all over his shirt. A few seconds later, the vomit is gone, only to reappear seconds later.

Mobutu died in 1997 and Zaire was renamed the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the same year.

• Considéré à tort comme goofs: When the terrorist pops up from the fountain and shoots Carson in the Paris scene, you can see the Eiffel Tower in the back. If you look closely, it is the bottom half of the tower which was left standing after it is blown up.
