• Continuité: After Rachel slaps Bruce in the car outside Falcone's, his hair is messed up; the next shot it's nicely combed; and the next it's messed up again.

• Continuité: During his conversation with Rachel in the car outside Falcone's, Bruce's seatbelt is visibly fastened, but he later gets out of the car without unbuckling the belt.

Ducard then boards the train, which would be full of the toxin-laden air, and takes his mask off, all without any side effects.
  
  
• Audio/Video non synchronisé: Bruce Wayne's birthday party - the birthday song does not match the lips of the party-goers.

• Continuité: After the mansion burned down, Bruce ans Rachel are having a conversation on the property. At one point Rachel has her hand on the side of Bruces face. In this part, the angle changes from being on Rachel to Bruce, etc. One angle, her hand is on his ear then in another angle, her hand is lower then when, the angle goes back on Bruce, her hand is not on his face anymore.
  
  
• élément de l'intrigue manquant: Being that the toxin had been introduced to Gotham's water supply for weeks before the finale, any time someone would have boiled water for anything, mostly cooking, they would have been affected. There would have been tens of thousands of people admitted to the hospital daily and the source would have been discovered almost immediately.
  
  
• Anachronismes: After the funeral for his parents, young Bruce Wayne waves to young Rachael Dawes from a Wayne Manor window. From Bruce's P.O.V., we see a modern-era Buick sedan behind Rachael. But isn't this the past? Given the surroundings of the film in the present-tense (c. 2005), shouldn't the automobiles in the past (when Bruce was a child) be from the 1980s?
  
  
• Erreurs factuelles: In the same newspaper clipping that contains the typo "loose faith," there is another typo directly above it. The single word headline in large, upper-case text has an 'H' missing: "METAMPHETAMINE"
  
  
• Continuité: During the discussion with Ducard and Wayne in the burning mansion, a member of the league drops behind Bruce and tries to kill him. Bruce quickly incapacitates him and then attacks Ducard. The league member just vanishes between the shots.
  
  
• Erreurs dans la géographie: In the Chase Scene where Batman is trying to save Rachael Dawes, the helicopter is following the Batmobile and the pilot says, "Tracking suspect's vehicle heading West on I-17." Gotham is supposed to be a port city placed in New York or Chicago. I-17 is in Arizona and it runs North-South. Batman can't go "West" on a North-South road. All even numbered Interstates run East-West, Odd Interstates run North-South.
  
  
• Continuité: In the scene where Batman saves Rachel and the Little Boy from the released Arkham maniacs, the boy is seen holding his arms around Rachel and with his face against her chest. Yet when the camera angle changes he is sitting and facing in a completely different direction.
  
  
• Continuité: At the end of the movie where Lieutenant Gordon hands Batman Joker's calling card, it's aligned straight with the edge of the evidence bag. Seconds later, it is slightly askew.
  
  
• Considéré à tort comme goofs: If the microwave emitter really evaporates all water in the vicinity, in theory it should also kill everyone standing near it, as human bodies consist mostly of water. However, it is mentioned earlier in the film that the emitter uses "focused microwaves" specifically designed to target an enemy's water supply. For the safety of those operating it, the device was presumably designed only to affect water at certain levels of pressure.
