Plot Summary

188 AD On an island in the Seine, a village: Lutèce, dominated by a watchtower under construction. Gaulois and Gauloises live in peace and work with a very sure taste which prefigures the "Parisian chic". But the Romans approach, in search of mercenaries. Faced with the categorical refusal of the Gauls to accept the "Pax Romana", the centurion Barlanus invests the village. Grand Council, the Druidess Scatach remembers how, placed in the same situation, the Gauls of Gergovia had escaped. The same strategy is adopted - The doors of Lutetia open - And the twenty prettiest Gauls, dressed only in their blond hair, rush forward and disorganize the ranks of the Romans.
