I love this idea - taking scenes from classic popular "straight" films, we grew up with and re shooting them with gay characters. I saw all these films at a Film Festival recently and the audience was howling! Some were hysterical - "Hung Frankenstein", "Gay Graduate", "Reservoir Dykes", "Taxi Lesbian" (a parody of Taxi Driver) and "Gay on Golden Pond" which was lovely. The various directors did a great job of bringing the exact "look" to the films. Some of the original dialogue was changed just enough to make them fit to the characters and the changes were very funny. I found this series of shorts quite well made and refreshing!
