I watched this movie as part of a film class a few days ago, and I really enjoyed it. The music really adds a lot, and the narrative line is well thought-out and interesting.
The film is thought-provoking and raises a lot of interesting questions about the worlds nuclear situation, but doesn't give any answers or suggestions as to what we can do about it, which just leaves the audience saying 'yeah, that does suck about those nukes.' Thus, the film doesn't stand to solve anything.
Still, the conversation it will spark with those who watch it will be worth it, and it's a well made film. If you can find it, I strongly recommend it.
