Warning: Spoilers
I gave it one star for the actual footage that was stolen from Lethal Weapon. And than I stopped watching.

Warning: Spoilers
This review contains SPOILERS. Bruno Mattei, here as Vincent Dawn, gives us a lesson in how to recycle other peoples movies. He is not averse to doing the same with his own movies - Capriccio Veneziano seems to be a remake of his earlier Desideri. In this one there not only seem to be elements of Lethal Weapon (1987) and A Kiss Before Dying (1991) (itself a remake) but he has actually spliced in the suicide scene from Lethal Weapon. Did Warner Brothers approve, I wonder?

The plot revolves around a strip-club run by the sleazy Bruno (Hugo Baret). Bruno gets caught with his pants down, literally, when his girlfriend, Katy (Loana Gloriani) catches him with another girl. After snorting some white powder, obligingly provided by Bruno, she jumps to her death. This is the scene showing Jackie Swanson doing her own stunt. All very Lethal Weapon. Now comes the Kiss before Dying part when Damy (Emily Crawford) gets a job at the strip-club and starts her quest for revenge on Bruno.

As this film is set in the world of stripping and pole-dancing, there is plenty of nudity along the way. The opening and closing credits are accompanied by strippers strutting their stuff and there is lots of nudity elsewhere too. Although this review is of the Italian DVD, the actions and voices of the actors mean that the plot is just about self- explanatory. This film does not impress me much but it is really for fans of Bruno Mattei.
