• Continuity: When Katrina is at David's apartment and she's lying on the couch by the window, her shirt is tucked in. Then the camera pulls out, and her shirt is untucked.
  
  
• Continuity: David is lying in bed with Elizabeth toward the end of the film. He is scruffy. The very next morning, he wakes up and is clean shaved. Later, that same day, he is scruffy.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Elizabeth is lying on the coffee table singing, her mouth doesn't match the words.
  
  

• Continuity: When David is speaking with the realtor on his cell phone, the antenna is alternately up/down between shots.

• Continuity: Elizabeth is only visible to David and she can not touch things yet in the scene in the kitchen, after talking to the people in her building about if they knew her, her reflection can be seen in the refrigerator.
  
  
• Factual errors: Elizabeth isn't able to grasp her telephone. However, she kicks one of her niece's toys across the floor when her sister attacks David with the knife.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When David and Elizabeth are sitting together and she's revealing she doesn't want to waste what could be her final night, a large light box is visible hanging outside the window behind them and as the scene plays out, the fixture gives off harsh daylight, during a night scene.
  
  
• Plot holes: Lizzie is supposed to be a transparent spirit, but she gives off shadows in the early scenes on the roof and in the street.
  
  
• Continuity: When David is on the rooftop of Elizabeth's apt. with the real estate agent, the shadows show that the sun is behind her in the beginning of the scene, and when the camera angle changes, her shadow is now behind her indicating the "sun" is now in front.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: In the scene on the rooftop right after David turns down the sexy neighbor's advances, it is apparent that green screen technology is being used. There is a green halo around David and Elizabeth's right hand has a green reflection.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: SPOILER: After David kidnaps Elizabeth's body and she flat lines in the hall of the hospital, David kisses her to resuscitate her. You can see her eyes blinking while closed just before he kisses her, when she is supposed to be already dead.
