- The player can choose to romantically pursue and have sex with certain characters. If sex is chosen, moaning is heard though the act is not shown.
- Some female characters wear suggestive outfits, such as a low-cut top or thong.
- Some dialogues include flirting and are quite suggestive.
- The player's character is able to visit a strip club. None of the strippers are naked though some barely have their nipples covered.
- As a part of a main quest, the player's character has to visit an adult movie shop and talk to its employee to gain information about a horror video. No nudity is shown.

- There are many fighting scenes in the game. Also, several scenes include blood.
- In two instances, the player's character can see two separate murder scenes, both of which feature blood.
- The player's character is required to find two horror tapes and then watch them. The tapes show a woman attacked and killed by some creatures.
- Later in the game, the player's character encounters the creatures from the horror tapes, and has to fight them.
- The player's character is sent on several quests throughout the game that require fighting other characters.

- At a bar, the player's character is offered to order an alcoholic drink, but the player's character doesn't have a dialogue option to order it.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This game's atmosphere is incredibly dark & grungy
- The player's character visits a haunted hotel. Some objects fall from shelves. Two ghost apparitions may be encountered, a woman in a long dress and a man with an ax, however none of them can interact with the character.
- The player may decide to visit an abandoned hospital. When the player's character reaches the basement, they meet a vampire, however the vampire has no intention to hurt them.
