Andy Cohen just pulled a Mariah Carey.
Asked about replacing Kathy Griffin on CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live, Cohen smiled and told TMZ, “Who? I don’t know her.”
It’s a reference to Carey’s infamous remark about not knowing Jennifer Lopez — “apparently I’m forgetful,” she quipped to Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in 2016.
Griffin, 56, retaliated on Twitter, pointing out that the stars have known each other for years. (Her show My Life on the D-List aired on Bravo for six seasons.)

Time Lord Mariah Carey recently revealed her beauty secrets to People and, unsurprisingly, they are both sublime and ridiculous. "I think I have to remain eternally oblivious to age," the actress (who, as People pointed out, is 45) said, "Honestly, when you put a number on it yourself, it's just like, Why? Why do that?" Age is just one of many things that the singer and soon-to-be Hallmark Christmas movie director doesn't acknowledge, including, famously, Jennifer Lopez (Carey recently told The Cut that she was being entirely honest in the linked Gif, which only intensifies the shade). There's something heroic in Carey's Tuck Everlasting-like defiance of time and tide, something inspiring in her glittery perfection — okay, not perfection; sometimes, Carey told People, she has bad hair days, during which relies on her 500 hours of beauty school, a temporal unit she is oddly not oblivous to. But just as someone should...

Mindy went to her grandson’s bris today. Meyer Manuel, known in Hebrew as Avraham, is named for all three grandfathers. He had his first taste of wine, too, suckling on a cloth dipped in Manischevitz. It’s supposed to “quiet the baby,” which means lead him into a drunken stupor, so that the pain of the circumcision will be dulled. It didn’t help.
Meyer Manual cried, and Alix wept, as did most everyone else; the only ones not crying were Jeff, who did look shaky but stayed strong, looked shaky but he managed okay. The only ones who didn’t cry were the moyel (the artist performing the procedure) and Grandma me – the moyel because, well, that’s his job – and also he was wonderful, attentive to Alix and Jeff and incredibly caring to Meyer Manuel – and as for me, well, I think because I’ve seen so...

Beyonce surprised the world with a bold new haircut on August 8. Of course, comparisons to Miley Cyrus‘ short do quickly emerged with many wondering if the “We Can’t Stop” singer inspired Beyonce’s makeover.
Miley Cyrus Vs. Beyonce: Short Hair Face-Off — Who Pulls Off Pixie Cut Better?
“Beyonce Got The Miley Cut,” tweeted Molly Lambert. However, many fans defended Beyonce. “Beyonce and Miley are gorgeous. Hair is so irrelevant,” Courtney Brousek said.
While it’s unclear what or who inspired Beyonce, 31, to chop off her honey tresses, or whether she’ll keep the short do for the long haul, Miley, 20, fully endorses the pixie cut.
“You will never see me with long hair again!” Miley told E!

Minutes after Lindsay threw a full cocktail glass at a photographer, two eyewitnesses tell us that a woman sitting near Lindsay fell and slashed her arm on broken glass and there was ‘blood everywhere!’ Plus, Lindsay’s dad Michael tells us he’s never seen Lindsay act ‘violent’!
You would think Lindsay Lohan would lay low with her recent string of legal troubles but no. The 25-year-old became so enraged on Sept. 13 at the V Magazine Black and White Ball at the Top of the Standard hotel in NYC, that she lost control and threw a drink. The cocktail was still in its glass and although Lindsay was aiming for photographer Jasper Rischen, it hit a cocktail waitress instead. But that’s just the beginning.
“Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say,” Jasper tweeted. “She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for@vmagazine.

Back when Paula Abdul signed on to be a judge on the first season of "American Idol," some saw it as a last-ditch effort by a faded pop star to kick-start a stalled career. And though the long-promised comeback album from Abdul never materialized and her spin-off dancing show, this year's "Live to Dance," was canceled after one season, it's beginning to look like Paula was on to something.
For a while, pop stars expanded their "brand" by launching clothing lines, vanity record labels and hawking shoes. Now that the stigma of reality TV has clearly lifted, though, is joining the panel of a singing competition the new celebrity perfume?

Los Angeles, CA, United States (Ahn Entertainment) - Beyonce made foes, not fans at the red carpet of this year's Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. With hubby Jay-z in tow, the diva and the rapper/mogul found themselves getting booed by photographers.
Beyonce and Jay-z made their entrance on the red carpet at the event, which also included appearances from Madonna, Fergie, and Jennifer Lopez. But they failed to pose long enough for the photogs to get decent some decent shots.
So the photographers started booing. New York Fashion Magazine's fashion blog The Cut reported it first, tweeting, "Omg Beyonce and Jay-z are being Booed at the #MetGala for not posing for pictures! Yes, boo!"
A video of the incident has already made its way online, showing photographers angrily booing, and another even asking, "What are you doing?"...

Exclusive: As part of its push in the alternative programming arena, Lionsgate Television has signed a two-year overall deal with reality producer and development executive Eli Frankel, who most recently served as Svp of development for Magical Elves, the production company behind Project Runway and Top Chef. Lionsgate TV Group president Kevin Beggs said the company so far had taken a very opportunistic approach to unscriped programming with occasional projects. "It has not been a concerted, strategic effort the way you think of our scripted business," he said. "But reality television has matured into such a strong business that we wanted to change that." Instead of hiring a traditional unscripted executive, Beggs said they opted for bringing in a producer-developer who is a self-starter and self-sufficient and went with Frankel, whose experience ranges from development executive to executive producer to editor of reality series. Beggs and Frankel first met on...

New York, Jan 29 - Singing stars Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez might have dramatically different figures - but they’re same size in clothing.
Lopez is famously known for her curves, and Beckham is known for her stick-thin figure.
However, according to ‘The Cut’, in an interview to 10 magazine, the former Spice Girl revealed that the friends fit into the same dress.
“My dresses are for women of all different shapes and sizes,” Beckham said of her fashion line. Actually, the one I tried on yesterday was the one Jennifer wore,” the New York Daily News quoted her as saying.
“Who’d have thought I’d be the same size as Jennifer Lopez!”.

A repeat of CBS' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation overshadowed original episodes of summer reality series The Cut and Hit Me Baby One More Time on what was a sleepy Thursday night overall in primetime. CBS easily won the night on the strength of the 9 p.m. encore of CSI, which brought in 13 million viewers and 3.7 rating/12 share in the adults 18-49 demographic. CSI flexed its muscle by vaulting from its lead-in, The Cut (5.1 million, 1.6/6). NBC's Hit Me Baby (5 million, 2.4/8) was no chart-topper against CSI. CBS capped the night with a respectable showing from the 10 p.m. repeat of Without a Trace (11.4 million, 3.3/10).
CBS' fashion-themed reality series The Cut is moving from Thursday to Wednesday. Beginning July 6, the Tommy Hilfiger-hosted show will air at 8 p.m. Wednesdays. On July 7, Big Brother 6 will premiere in The Cut's old Thursday 8 p.m. slot. The Cut, which was assigned the plum Survivor time period for its first four airings, had a disappointing debut last week, drawing 6.6 million viewers and a 2.1 rating/7 share among adults 18-49.

Ballroom dancing, basketball and Brad Pitt proved a winning combination for ABC, which topped the week ending June 12 among adults 18-49. CBS' marathon of Two and a Half Men repeats and reruns of the network's signature crime dramas led the network to a weekly win in total viewers. Meanwhile, it was a rough week all around for launching new series, with Fox's The Inside, ABC's The Scholar and CBS' The Cut opening to weak numbers and only CBS' Fire Me ... Please showing some traction with young viewers. ABC's Dancing With the Stars (15.1 million viewers, 4.8 rating/14 share) was the No. 1 program for the week in total viewers and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen Media Research.

The first night of the NBA Finals put ABC in the game Thursday with a nightly demo win, while CBS was tops in viewers despite a soft opening for its new reality series The Cut. Game 1 of the San Antonio Spurs vs. Detroit Pistons matchup scored 10.6 million total viewers between 9 p.m.-12:03 a.m. and racked up a 4.4 rating/14 share in adults 18-49, according to Nielsen Media Research. That was down 37% among adults 18-49 from last year's Game 1 contest between the Pistons and the Los Angeles Lakers (15.4 million, 7.0/19) but up from Game 1 two years ago between the Spurs and the New Jersey Nets.
