Jeanne Provost goes to a party where she has a swell time flirting with Prince Claude Garry. Later, when she goes to bed, she thinks about him. Imagine her surprise when he appears in her library to rob her! Due to the odd layout of her apartment, her bedroom has a window on her library, from which she can observe his theft unobserved. Also his occasional caressing of her framed picture which she keeps on her desk.
