The horrible Jack Banner perpetrated this bondage/fetish video, with his usual display of anti-cinematic non-talent. But casting was superb, its only saving grace.

A dull but brief attempt for story or content has Summer Cummings as a police recruit sent on an undercover mission by police chief Banner to get the goods on Julie's S&M operation. Poorly staged against a blank white wall, the punchline of Banner telling an extra how he's bamboozled Summer, in league with Julie, falls as flat as any other of the late, unlamented auteur's efforts at dramaturgy.
Summer's uber-sexy costume before Julie makes her go topless is very impressive, as are low angle shots of her huge bare frontage when Simone has her suspended. Other greats like Amber Michaels deliver the eye-candy and future mistress of the medium Anastasia Pierce is the most animated of the bunch. But Julie's ho-hum precision, demonstrating binding skills but thoroughly zombie-like in her approach to her work, is a turnoff.
