• Révélant des erreurs: When Eden Sinclair's partner gets his head shot off at the Docks the head is very clearly a dummy.
  
  
• Continuité: At the point where Eden and the rest drive away with the car through the emergency door, you can see clearly that the car scrapes against both sides of the emergency door as it is closing. However in the next shot, the car has no damage whatsoever.
  
  
• Continuité: In several scenes after the Bentley crashes through the bus there is no front end damage to the car.
  
  

• Considéré à tort comme goofs: In the top secret satellite photos we see only few lonely people but when the crew arrives at the city they encounter hordes and hordes of "punks". However, the satellite photos are said to be from 3 years previous, the gangs may not have been as prominent as they are at the time period in the film.
  
  
• Erreurs dans la géographie: During the Bentley chase scene (supposedly in Scotland) the road markings - central dashed line with a solid line on both sides - are South African road markings indicating no crossing. In Scotland there would be no dashed line, just the two solid lines. During the same scene the road edge markings - yellow line - are South African. In Scotland they would be white.
  
  
• Anachronismes: In the scene where Canaris' helicopter lands on the road you can see from the tail number ZS-HTN that the machine is South African. While who knows what manufacturer the British would be using in 2035 and given the civil breakdown, it would be unlikely to have a South African registration number.
  
  
• Révélant des erreurs: At the beginning when people are breaking through the barrier, the "concrete" blocks can be seen tipping over as they are clearly made of plastic or foam.
  
  
• Révélant des erreurs: Apparently the Bentley was stored for over 30 years. It is extremely unlikely it would run after this much time. Petrol is good for about six months (volatile compounds destabilize), the battery would be dead, and the tires would likely become harder/brittle.
  
  
• Révélant des erreurs: The highways (motorways) are too clean. After this much time has passed, vegetation would have covered the pavement.
  
  
• Révélant des erreurs: Toward the end, one can see a working digital sign. This must be a mistake since there is no transportation authority to operate/maintain this sign.
  
  
• Révélant des erreurs: In the opening scene at the England/Scotland border it is 9.17pm on June 20th but it is pitch dark. This is almost midsummer and it would be broad daylight at this time.
  
  
• Erreurs factuelles: The train they use to escape the city is a standard boiler type steam engine. This is not an engine that you can just turn on and go. You have to build the fire up and let it heat up the boiler before it would even move an inch, and if it is dry (no water in the boiler) that would have to be added as well. Even when not dry, this process takes an experienced team of steam engineers more than six hours. Unless it was just sitting there fired up, filled and ready to go, they could have not used it to escape.
  
  
• Considéré à tort comme goofs: While a well-maintained lift would not fall even with the cables cut, due to the use of the Otis elevator brake after 20 years of disuse and poor maintenance, it is quite possible the brake is inoperative.
  
  
• Révélant des erreurs: The elevator in the scene has a single cable, most western elevators use multiple cables to prevent failure even when a single cable breaks.

• Continuité: When the two APC's first exit the wall, it is raining outside. As the camera shows a close up of the windshield, the wipers are on. When the camera pulls away and shows a full shot of the APC's, the wipers are off.
  
  

• Continuité: SPOILER: The character wearing the "cat-ears" shaped helmet is killed multiple times throughout the film.
