Graphic and over-the-top violence is seen throughout the movie. Some of the violence is unrealistic, but still very bloody.

- Several people are shot with small handguns. Bloody bullet wounds are seen.

- A man is shot point blank in the back of the head with a sawed-off shotgun. His head gets blown to pieces, and we see brains and other bloody matter sliding down on a wall. As the camera pans down we see part of the man's face lying on the ground.

- A man is shot multiple times all over his body with a handgun. We see blood spraying.

- Soldiers spray rioting crowds with bullets from assault rifles. We see many people getting shot with bloody results.

- People are shown vomiting blood and pus. We see their skin bubble and melt off as they die from a virus.

- A soldier is kicked onto the ground and is impaled with a bayonet.

- A man gets his hand crushed in a large mechanical door. We see his fingers and hand flatten and see blood spray everywhere.

- A woman has an arrow shot through her throat, resulting in a bloody mess.

- A man is run over with a large vehicle. We see him get ground into a bloody mess under the tires.

- A man's head is chopped in half with a large ax.

- A man is hung above a fire. We see his burn very graphically until he is dead. He is then taken down, graphically dismembered, and eaten by a group of cannibals.

- A woman rips a man's piercings out, pulling off a large part of his face. Blood is seen all over her hand.

- A woman is pinned against a door and gets beheaded with a large machete.

- A man riding a motorcycle is hit in the head with a shovel. We his head twist violently as he is thrown off of the motorcycle. The man gets up and his by another motorcycle, and both are killed when the motorcycle explodes.

- A man gets shot through the head with an arrow. We see blood running all over his head.

- A woman and a large barbarian get in a fight to the death. The barbarian tosses the woman around like a ragdoll. As the fight continues, the woman gets a hold of one of the barbarian's weapons and beats him on the head until it is reduced to a bloody mess.

- A man is pushed off a balcony and hits the ground hard. We see a pool of blood spread out under his head.

- We see man's head get ripped in half when he is hit with a flail.

- A man on a horse is shot repeatedly with a sub-machine gun. We see the man get riddled with bullets in bloody fashion as he is knocked off the horse.

- An infected man dismembers a man with a fire ax. Later he rushes a group of people and is shot with a large handgun, splattering blood all over a window and getting blood all over another man's face.

- A man commits suicide off-screen, but wee see blood and brain matter hit the wall behind him.

- A man has multiple arrows shot through his body, we see his clothes soaked with blood as he falls over.

- We see a dead, beheaded body sitting in a car seat. The head has been duct-taped back on the body (mainly played for laughs).

- A woman driving a Bentley Continental GT sideswipe a man on a motorcycle. The motorcycle crashes and we see an explosion.

- A man tied to the front of a car screams as the car crashes through a trailer. We see man's blood body when the car comes through the other side. The man appears to laughing, since he is a sadist.

- The same car with the man tied to it slams into a large van and explodes. We see the man tied to the front explode and see the driver get blown through the windshield onto the road. We see another car run over his body in blood fashion.

- A man jumps through the window of a window. We see him wrestle with the members of the car until he is thrown out of the car. We see him scrape the road, but he manages to hang on to the window frame.

- The same man jumps on top of the car. The car hits a bus and drives through its windows as another man sets off a bomb that was in the bus. We see the man who was riding on top of the car get blown to pieces. His head hits the screen and bounces off it.
