Although the video like the other ones was shot in 60fps, most of this video was however exported with 24fps, Blend, Angle & Linear Doubler. The reason is unknown, but it could likely be an exporting glitch. The only parts of the video to see in the fixed 60fps are the star scene (in English (US), 2003 VHS & Latin American, Japanese & North American 2004 DVDs in English (US) versions), the puppet shows (in bonus features) and the cloud puppet show (in French (Canadian) & Spanish (Latin American) versions).
In the 2004 remaster, in the English (US) version, the fps in the finale were also messed up, making it down to 16fps. But in the Spanish (Latin American), Portuguese (Brazilian), Japanese & French (Canadian) versions, the fps were fixed to 24fps, Blend, Angle & Linear Doubler. Again, it is unknown why, but there might have been an error or a glitch in the exporting but it could likely be an exporting glitch that Disney didn't have time to fix.
They forgot to credit Ludwig van Beethoven in the credits for writing Symphony No. 6, 5th Movement (the song in the sun segment).
