While on location in Chicago, The Dark Knight (2008) was the neighboring film production, in which Morgan Freeman worked concurrently with this film. On one occasion, Mark Millar, the creator, sneaked onto the neighboring set to see the Batpod - which was used for filming. He was evicted from the set when security and Lauren Shuler Donner (who visited the set as well) caught him in the act.

Goofs:

Incorrectly regarded as goofs: It's a little strange that the fraternity uses binary code, especially since the binary code that they used correlates to the ASCII chart (e.g. '01101000' translates to an 'H'). The first ASCII chart was created in 1963, and the version they use was updated in 1986. If the fraternity was created around 1,000 years ago, they may have invented ASCII.

After reading all the hype, watching the teasing trailers, it comes down to one thing. I had to go see it. It seemed unique, action packed and cool effects along with some nice stunts. Was i right? mostly. Nothing real major was disappointing, although some things were a minor. The action was full and non stop. Very cool effects, and some real nice shooting. But not all was so great. The film however started to get predictable (until the unexpected end) and turned out to be a little confusing.

The cast was the best idea from the producer. A great familiar cast with one or two legendary actors/actresses (Morgan Freeman,Angelina Jolie) did wonderfully. I too was actually quite impressed with James McAvoy role, he played it perfectly. Moving on to the important bit. In case your still wondering. Yes there is more then enough action. The action scenes were also well panned out and effects of the "curving bullets" to the effects of the "jumping and flips" were brilliantly executed.

The movie kicked off very well. It's always good to have a explosive beginning, and this movie did just that. It automatically gave you an idea of what is too come for the rest of the movie. After the furious beginning the movie started to get a bit slow and then rose back up to the action again. The ending was definitely strong, unexpected and a great bursting with fury shooter scene. But occasionally the film was sped up a bit to much with maybe one or two too many flash backs of sorts, it had you quite puzzled at times. But that doesn't take anything away from such a great film.

Maybe all the hype before it came out had people expecting a tad too much, that's where so many are disappointed. But they really shouldn't be. Just forget what you heard and go see it. Plenty of action, cool effects and mind blowing stunts. Also a Witty and clever script.
