The decorations of the officers involved in the court martial are incorrect in several respects. First, the prosecuting attorney and military judge both have a Silver Star and a Purple Heart. It is incredibly unlikely that one JAG officer, let alone two in one room, would have received these combat awards. Second, Colonel Decker is shown wearing the ribbon for the Air Force Cross; a decoration it is highly unlikely that he would have earned. Finally, the ribbons are not displayed in the correct order.
In the depiction of the robbery of the Bank of Hanoi, when Hannibal and B.A. blow the safe door, as the explosives in the hinges detonate, exploding the hinges, it can be very clearly seen that the hinges are entirely made of wood. This scene is used in the opening credits throughout Season 5.
During the flashback scenes to 1972, all of the A-Team appear exactly as they look in the 1980s, failing to take into account that they would have been much younger fourteen years earlier. B. A. Baracus is also shown wearing his traditional beard and mohawk, even though several statements made in the earlier seasons indicated B.A. took on this look after Vietnam when the A-Team was on the run and B.A. had changed his appearance.
