Hawke broke his right arm after crashing a plane into a barn and Dom injured his back. Hawke sneaks Dom out of the hospital with Cate's help wearing a sling. When the three of them are in Airwolf heading to East Germany, Hawke is flying Airwolf just fine as if his arm is not broken. After they land (off-camera), Hawke is seen in East Berlin wearing the sling again and confronts Maria. He says he broke his arm to her.
The live-action shots of the Fokker DR 1 Triplane show a single pilot with a long white scarf trailing behind him, whereas closeups show Hawke as the pilot and Santini as the rear gunner. Hawke is not wearing a scarf.
When identifying the four bogies, the computer identifies them as MiG-25 "Spider." This is incorrect. The NATO reporting name for the MiG-25 is "Foxbat."
When Caitlin is pulling up information on Maria Von Furster on the Airwolf computer, there are some mistakes in the German address. It reads "Freitrasse 37, Magdenburg" but it should be "Freistrasse 37, Magdeburg". Besides that, there is no "Freistrasse" in Magdeburg.
The Fokker DR 1 Triplane that Hawke and Santini are supposedly flying (depicting Santini as the rear gunner) is a single-man aircraft and has no rear machine-gunner.
When Hawke and Maria enter the castle from the bookcase, Hawke places a plastic explosive in the corner which sticks to both parts of the corner yet in the very next shot it is now laying on the ground.
When Dominic tells Caitlin to type in 3379-Bravo-7, Caitlin types in 3379M-B7. That should have not accessed the file since it was incorrectly entered.
The four MiG-25s Airwolf identifies upon entering East German airspace are shown as MiG-17s in some footage.
