When Ralph Jones tries to jump into the water, he puts his coat and scarf on the railing and climbs over it sitting down on the railing with his feet dandling below. In the next shot, he is portrayed as standing with both feet on top of the railing.
When Ralph finishes his shower, he is soaked to the bone. As he gets out, Lucille hands him a robe to put on, and there's barely any water on him, except his hair.
