Sylvester Ballanz has been arrested because of the physical abuse of Cornelia Tersch, but for lack of evidence Sylvester has been released. Manfred Tersch , the brother of Cornelia has followed Sylvester and shot against. Sylvester is sent to the hospital. When Leo Kress arrives at the house of the Tersch family Cornelia says that she had sent her brother Manfred to kill Sylvester. Some hours later Cornelia is found dead in a log cabin. On the other side Sylvester has left the hospital and Leo Kress needs to speak with him.
