This is one of the silliest and lamest episodes of the show. Firstly it's mainly just Jethro buying different cars and uncle Jed telling him to take them back and get their old truck back. (The whole action takes place in the front driveway of the house like the inside was off limits during this episode for some reason) That part isn't the worse as Jed is very amusing saying 'Swap it back' countless times to Jethro. But it gets ridiculous when Granny - who as far as I'm aware considering we've never seen her drive throughout the series can't drive - suddenly can and wants to race Jethro in the truck to keep the truck. It's very Munsters vs wacky races senecio which is just inanely unfunny as they race on a speedway. On top of that the fact that Granny and all of them have heard of the indie 500 when they've barely heard of things like television or events around L.A is even more senseless. I think their 'cousin' Betsy - their chimp - must have come up with this script.
