The search plane drops brown supply-parachutes, yet when the survivors retrieve the items, the chutes are yellow.
When Jaime kicks out the plane's door, it is pitch-dark outside with no visible rain, yet when the passengers start to approach the open doorway, it is somewhat brightly lit with a steady blue-white light shining in from outside that's in addition to the lightning flashes, allowing illumination of the rain spraying in. The bluish-white light is also visible in the outside views of the plane, reflecting off the plane's metal skin.
When Mason, the alcoholic former medical student, is talking to the older woman who describes herself as into "ministry," there are clearly two rows in front of them. In a later shot, those people and their seats suddenly vanish, giving us a full body view of them as they sit and talk.
The snake that is threatening Rudy is shown coiled, yet when Jaime jumps toward where it is sitting, the snake is fairly straight and extended.
When the pilot has Jaime send the mayday all she does is call out on the radio "mayday" and later on the beach says she knows what to do in an emergency situation. No experienced or knowledgeable person would only say "mayday" without giving their location unless something prevents them from continuing. The reason is search and rescue would have too much area to cover since they only could estimate a position which was true in this case as the pilot had to deviate course for the ER landing. It's validated by Oscar saying when they do locate them that they had been up and down the coast 3 times which had a proper call gone out less area would need to be covered.
The search-plane is a prop-driven craft, not a jet, so it would not leave a visible contrail.
Obvious lightweight "prop" log that hits the bad guy and then just bounces off him.
Two distinct bright spots of reflection from the movie-lights on the plane's roof as the passengers clamber out.
Jaime would know that the dropped box of emergency supplies would be valuable, and so she would not risk damaging the contents by smashing in the lid a couple inches; she would have ripped the lid off by carefully prying at it with her bionic hand and arm.
While Rudy is searching for Jaime he yells out for her to "turn on" her bionic ear so she can hear him. However, she does not have to "turn on" her bionics. Rudy would know this since he is the doctor who implanted them.
