Roy and John are in the lavatory when the alarm for the bomb threat comes in. The camera cuts to the apparatus floor and we see Roy and John, along with the rest of the crew, exit the kitchen and board the apparatus.

He is referring to a type of leukocyte, or white blood cell, for which the proper pronunciation is "eosinophil" (ee-oh-SINN-oh-fill.)
