Warning: Spoilers
This is part two of a two-parter with Mac trying to find Xavier and Horton and after Charlie is badly wounded.

Was I the only one that thought it was stupid for Mac to get romantic with Renee at this time? I mean with everything going on? To top it off Renee and Mac are awkward. They don't have any chemistry.

Charlie wants Mac to explain why he's not dead as he saw Mac get hit in the heart in the previous episode. Mac brushes this off and doesn't tell him. He'll probably regret that later. I have to say, Mac is in "the game," and therefore a target. Maybe he should have distanced himself from nosey Charlie, or at the very least shouldn't have had a business that was known to be own by him, not to mention living at that business. For a guy so protective of mortals he doesn't do enough to keep a safe distance from them. Not saying he can't have friends, but he doesn't hide where he is. I think that goes against his highlander warrior pride.

Mac finds out Xavier and Horton went to France. Mac feels sad as he looks at the barge and remembers the times he has there with Tessa. Mac meets Maurice. A funny old guy that been inhabiting Mac's barge without Mac's knowledge. Maurice is just what Mac needs to distract him from his memories of Tessa I think. Loved the character of Maurice. I wish he was in more episodes.

Mac eventually tracks down Horton and Xavier. Joe ends up killing Horton. Or did he? Honestly how does Horton keep survivng. I always though it would be good karma if he were immortal. But he isn't, and it's never explained how he keeps doing it. Mac finds Xavier's estate and kills him there.

This was better than part one. I gave it an 8/10.
