Vaudeville act behind Ricky

It's an okay episode. I'm not crazy about it. I only enjoy the last part where Lucy is literally hanging around in the balcony set behind Ricky during his act.

Lucy steals the show!

Warning: Spoilers
What strikes me about this episode is that Lucy outshines Ricky at the club. I know it's a constant back and forth over why Ricky doesn't want Lucy in show business and sometimes they act like she has no talent. The thing is even the writers can't hold back Lucille Ball's comedic genius. Part of her genius was her ability to make herself seem like she didn't have talent but even then she made people laugh. The response from the audience was for her not Ricky .

The problem is the episode overall is average. The photos in the magazine don't seem like them . There are some funny lines. Lucy said if they knew the magazine would cut her out holding little Ricky she would have held him in her mouth!

Ricky is just happy they got more pages than the two headed alligator!

There is more of Ricky and Lucy trying to outdo each other and Lucy ropes Fred into her scheme.

Not a bad episode by any means but not a classic.
