There was a kissing scene filmed with Robert Wagner and Marilyn McCoo. Probably because of early 1970s network standards and practices, the scene was cut from the final print. Ironic move since Wagner did give a brief goodbye kiss to Denise Nicholas in an episode from season two (To Catch a Roaring Lion (1968)).
The Fifth Dimension played a fictitious singing group that still sang one of their regular tunes.
The title is from the nursery rhyme 'Sing a Song of Six Pence'.
