This is a reference to the 1991 dispute between Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill. When President George H. W. Bush nominated Clarence Thomas for the Supreme Court, Hill claimed that Thomas had sexually harassed her while he was her supervisor at the Department of Education and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In addition to discussing pornographic films and his own sexual prowess, Hill said that Thomas once examined a can of Coca-Cola on his desk and asked her, "Who has put pubic hair on my Coke?"
