Before he dictates one to Father Mulcahy, it is revealed that Maj. Burns doesn't have a will. But it would be hard to believe, not to mention extremely negligent, that a soldier -- especially one with a family -- would not have prepared one before being deployed to a war zone.

Hawkeye and B.J. walk into post-op and see a man asleep in a chair. Hawkeye points to the man and says to B.J., "Used to be Albert Anastasia's doorman," implying that the man was on guard when Anastasia was murdered. The Korean War ended in 1953, whereas Anastasia was murdered in 1957.
